How much does your custom design cost?

That depends on how difficult the task is. We estimate each project individually but this estimation is free of charge. You can decide if our conditions suit you after talking to our project manager.

How do I request designs?

After you submit your design request field, our managers will contact you. Now your project is in good hands.

How much time does it take to deliver designs?

We provide first drafts in 3 days. The rest depends on the requirements and complexity of the designs. Anyway, we're always in touch with you to keep you updated regarding the process and get your feedback.

What programs do you use in your work?

We mostly work in Figma. We want to let you peek at the process of work in real time, so we share WIP files with you. As for vector and 3D illustrations, we create them in Adobe Illustrator and Blender respectively.

What if I don’t like the design?

You can ask for fixes until you're 100% happy with the results. Please note that the more details you include in your project description, the fewer fixes will be required.

What documents will regulate the process and protect my rights?

We provide the General Service Agreement at the beginning of our work together. The GSA regulates the rights and obligations of both parties, including all points we agree upon before signing.
