Thanks for shopping at Craftwork. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


If you are not satisfied our product, please contact us and describe why you want the refund. Once we receive your refund request, we will inspect it and notify you of our decision. Usually, we can’t make a refund because all our products are digital. But we make exceptions and provide the refund if a client is not satisfied with the quality.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (via Gumroad).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on Gumroad policies.
