Commercial License
Business booster
This license grants you the right to use Craftwork assets in various commercial activities, with some limitations.
Team size
Individuals or teams up to 20 members.
You can
- Use assets in your own projects or those of your company.
- Incorporate assets into projects created for your company’s client.
- Use assets in a digital format, such as in web and mobile apps, social media posts, pitches and presentations, and email campaigns.
You can't
- Resell, redistribute, or share Craftwork assets as they are.
- Use assets as the primary component in products for sale.
- Create physical products using the assets.
Extended License
Enterprise empowerer
This license is ideal for larger organizations and allows broader use of Craftwork assets, including in products for sale.
Team size
Teams or companies with over 20 members.
You can
- Use assets in products you sell, provided they aren't the main part of the product.
- Incorporate assets in numerous projects within your company or for multiple clients.
- Use assets across unlimited business social media accounts and in large-scale digital and physical advertisements.
You can't
- Resell or redistribute Craftwork assets
- Claim ownership or copyright of Craftwork assets.
- Use assets in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation with Craftwork.
Pro Access Licenses
This subscription plan is divided into Individual and Team licenses, the main difference between them being the team size for usage.
Individual License
Pro Access
A license for personal commercial use, allowing access to all available and future products during the subscription period.
Team size
Individuals or teams up to 1 members.
You can
- Use all available and future products for commercial use under Commercial License.
- Access new releases and updates without additional charges.
- Continue using the downloaded products even after your subscription ends.
You can't
- Share your access or products with others.
- Engage in unfair practices such as bulk downloading or misuse of products.
- Everything that is prohibited by the Commercial License.
Team License
Pro Access +
A license for businesses or teams, permitting all team members to use all available and future products during the subscription period.
Team size
Teams or companies with over 1 member.
You can
- Use all available and future products for your team's or business's commercial use under Commercial License.
- Allow all team members to access and use
- Continue using the downloaded products even after your subscription ends
You can't
- Resell or redistribute Craftwork assets.
- Share your team's access or products with individuals outside of the team.
- Engage in unfair practices such as bulk downloading or misuse of products.
Free Products & Demo Files
Even our free assets come with certain terms of use.
Free Products
You can
- Use the free assets in line with the terms of the Commercial License. This includes using them in your own or your company's digital projects and client work.
You can't
- Resell, redistribute, or share the free assets as they are.
- Use the free assets as the primary component in products for sale.
- Create physical products using the free assets.
Demo Files
You can
- Use the demo files for personal, non-commercial use only.
You can't
- Use the demo files for commercial purposes or in client work.
- Resell, redistribute, or share the demo files.
- Claim ownership or copyright of the demo files.
Copyright
Craftwork products are proprietary and subject to copyright. Regardless of the license type, you do not obtain any ownership or copyright claims to the Craftwork products.
Prohibitions
Under all licenses, there are certain restrictions:
You can't
- Claim Craftwork products as your own.
- Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense Craftwork products.
- Offer the downloaded file to any third party in its raw, editable form.
- Allow end users to extract and use the Craftwork product separately from the end product.
Changes to License Terms
We reserve the right to modify the License Terms and prices at any point. These changes will come into effect during your next subscription period.
Compliance and Penalties
If we suspect non-compliance with this agreement, we have the right to block your account and discontinue your access to our products without offering a refund or further explanation. It's crucial that you understand and adhere to all the terms outlined in this agreement to prevent such action.
