What You Keep

You keep the copyright on everything you upload. Craftwork is non-exclusive: you can sell the same work on any other marketplace or on your own site.

What You Let Craftwork Do

When you send a pack to review, you give Craftwork a worldwide, non-exclusive license, paid through the payouts below, to:

• Sell and give away your packs and their single assets under the License Agreement, including to Pro Access members, in the Figma plugin, and to AI agents through the Craftwork MCP server.
• Split packs into single assets and convert files for the web and apps: previews, PNG and WebP images, SVG icons, GLB 3D models, and font previews.
• Show your work across Craftwork, including the catalog, search, Icons, Fonts, 3D Models, 3D Studio and Shader Studio, and let customers edit, render, export, and embed it under the License Agreement.
• Write descriptions, tags, and AI prompts for your items, and index them for search.
• Use previews, your name, and your profile to promote your packs and Craftwork, in newsletters, on social media, and in ads.

Customers who got your work under a license keep it, even after you remove a pack.

What You Promise

By sending a pack to review, you confirm that:

• The work is yours, or you have written permission to sell every part of it under the License Agreement. That includes fonts, photos, textures, 3D models, mockup scenes, icons, and code inside the pack.
• Nothing in it copies someone else's work, brand, logo, or trademark, or shows real people without their permission.
• Parts with their own license, like open-source fonts or CC BY files, are listed in the pack with that license, and the license allows resale.
• If you made the work with AI tools, you say so in the description, and the tool's terms let you sell the result.
• The files contain no malware, tracking, or hidden links.

If a Claim Comes In

If someone claims your work uses theirs, we may hide the item while we check, hold payouts for it, and pass the claim to you. If the claim is valid, you cover Craftwork's losses and costs from it, including refunds to customers and reasonable legal fees. Uploading work you have no rights to ends your author account, and earnings from that work are not paid out.

Payouts

You earn a share of every sale of your packs, and a share of Pro Access revenue based on what subscribers download. Pro downloads include single assets, icons, fonts, template prompts, 3D Studio exports and embeds, and downloads through the Figma plugin and AI agents. Current rates and the formula are on the Become an Author page and in your dashboard.

You can request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your dashboard. We pay by PayPal or USDT. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may change rates with 30 days' notice by email. Money you already earned stays at the old rates.

Review and Removal

We review every pack before it goes live. We may reject a pack, edit its listing, change its categories, or remove items that break these terms or our quality rules.

You can ask us to remove a pack at any time from your dashboard. We take it off sale, usually within 5 business days. Customers who already got it keep their license, and we keep the copies we need to serve them, keep our records, and handle claims.

How We Protect Your Work

The License Agreement does not let customers resell or share your files, put them in templates or kits they sell, or use them to train AI or make look-alike resources. Premium files are served behind access checks and rate limits. When we learn that your Craftwork work is resold or misused, we act on it. If you find it somewhere, email hello@craftwork.design.

AI Agents and API Keys

If you upload through an AI agent or with an API key, everything the agent creates or sends to review counts as yours. Keep your keys private and delete any key you no longer use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We email you about important changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep selling on Craftwork after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't, you can remove your packs.
