Your access to and use of the Website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Website.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Website is at your sole risk. The Website is provided on an "As Is" and "AS Available" basis. The Website is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase a product or Pro Access subscription on the Website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your payment information (card or account details) and personal data.
By proceeding with the purchase, you agree to the processing of your personal data by our service.
Age
By using our website and purchasing a subscription or products, you confirm that you are 18 years or over. You are responsible for all actions performed on our website and will be legally accountable for any violations.
License
When downloading an item, you receive source files in various formats and a copy of the license terms. Downloading an item does not transfer ownership. All items are obliged to be used only under specific terms that are described in the License Agreement. The same applies to everything you copy, export, or embed from Craftwork, including through the MCP server and the Figma plugin.
Content From Authors and Third Parties
Most products on Craftwork are made by independent authors. Each author confirms that they have the rights to what they upload and is responsible for it under our Author Terms. Components are open-source code by their library authors and come under each library's license. Inspiration links to and shows websites and designs that belong to their owners, as references only.
We review what we publish, but we cannot guarantee that third-party content is free of errors or of other people's rights. If you believe something on Craftwork uses your work without permission, follow the removal steps in the License Agreement.
Automated Access and Scraping
The content of the Website, including the product and asset catalog, previews, descriptions, tags, and the Inspiration collection (websites, sections, interface, branding, and OG image references), is a curated database that we select, arrange, and maintain. You may browse it for your own work, but you may not copy it in bulk.
Without our prior written permission, you may not use scrapers, crawlers, bots, scripts, browser automation, or any other automated means to access, collect, copy, download, or index content from the Website, our API, or the Craftwork MCP server. This includes harvesting previews, images, screenshots, links, or metadata, mirroring or republishing the catalog or the Inspiration collection, building a competing collection or service from it, and using it, or any file you download from Craftwork, to create datasets or to train, fine-tune, or test machine learning or AI models.
You also may not bypass or work around our rate limits, fair-use limits, access controls, or other technical measures, or share your account or API credentials to do so. Public search engines may index the Website as allowed by our robots.txt. Using the Craftwork MCP server or the Figma plugin within the limits of your plan is not considered scraping. AI agents you connect act on your behalf, and you are responsible for what they do with your account.
If we detect automated or bulk access, we may block it, limit or suspend the account involved, terminate its subscription without a refund, and take legal action.
Services
As a subscriber of our service, you are granted support on your issues, the right to complain about content quality, make suggestions for service improvements, etc.
For our part, we guarantee that all your queries will be addressed honestly and as quickly as possible.
Account
A personal account may be used only by one person unless a Team Pro Access subscription has been purchased.
Team Pro Access covers up to 10 people. Each member uses their own account under the team's plan. Members may not share their logins with anyone, inside or outside the team.
However, if we notice any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to terminate your account until the circumstances are clarified.
Newsletter
By creating an account, you automatically subscribe to Craftwork's weekly newsletter. It includes our latest releases, updates, news, and is sent out every week during the subscription.
If you're not interested and don’t want to receive weekly newsletters, you can unsubscribe from Craftwork's weekly newsletter at any time.
Pro Access Subscription
You can make payment for the subscription using PayPal or your credit card. By proceeding with the payment, you agree to the Pro Access subscription terms: the subscription will be automatically renewed every 1, 3 or 12 months, depending on your plan, on the day you purchased the subscription.
Lifetime Pro Access is a one-time payment with no renewals. It gives one person Pro Access for as long as Craftwork runs the Pro Access service, under the same fair-use limits as other plans. It cannot be transferred to another person.
Cancelling the subscription will cause your account to be suspended after your paid period is finished. If we can’t debit your account to renew your subscription due to your credit card or PayPal blocking or lack of funds, your account will be suspended.
Pro Access Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Currency Conversion
We are not responsible for any currency conversion operations that occur during your payment process that may cause a difference between the amount deducted from your account and the price on our website. We have no control over the process and cannot change the default currency.
Taxes
The price of Craftwork products and the Pro Access subscription does not include taxes (e.g. VAT). Additionally, you are responsible for any other fees and taxes related to your activities, regardless of your location (e.g. withholding tax).
Refunds
We have detailed all the conditions and rules for refunds and your service resources in our Refund Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Craftwork operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Website, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute shall be in the courts of the jurisdiction where Craftwork operates.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Craftwork, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (I) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Website;
(II) any conduct or content of any third party on the Website;
(III) any content obtained from the Website;
and (IV) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Where the law allows it, our total liability for any claim related to the Website is limited to the amount you paid Craftwork in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to cover Craftwork's losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, from claims caused by your breach of these Terms or the License Agreement, by content you upload, or by how you, your team, your clients, or your AI agents use what you get from Craftwork.
Links To Other Websites
Our Website may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Craftwork. Craftwork has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
You further acknowledge and agree that Craftwork shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
