The 58 coded templates here use Tailwind CSS. Most are Next.js projects written in React, and a few are plain HTML. They cover landing pages for SaaS, AI and startups, agency and portfolio sites, education sites and admin dashboards with charts and tables. You get the source code. Run the project locally, edit content in the components, change the theme colors and fonts, then deploy to Vercel, Netlify or your own server. A good number are free, which makes them a cheap way to check an author's code quality before paying for a bigger template.
What do I need to run these templates?
Node.js and a package manager such as npm or pnpm for the Next.js and React templates. HTML versions open straight in a browser.
Can I use a template for a client or my own SaaS?
Yes, the commercial license covers client work and your own products. You can't resell the template code or publish it as your own template.
Are there free Tailwind templates?
Yes. Turn on Free in the sidebar to see only the free ones.
