A typical template has a home page with selected work, project pages, an about page with a CV and a contact form. Some keep projects in the Framer CMS, so a new case study is a CMS entry instead of a copied page. Each template comes as a remix link. Open it and Framer copies the whole project into your workspace, where you change text, images and colors, then publish. A lot of them are free, and the Free switch in the sidebar shows only those.

Yes. The commercial license covers paid client work. It does not allow reselling the template or passing the remix link on as your own product.
