Lukas Guschlbauer, a lead designer at Vaia, talks about how to save time and move quickly when building a design system.

The main idea is that instead of building from scratch, they used the Untitled UI design system as a foundation. They changed the style but kept the same structure. Using a prebuilt kit reduced errors and inconsistencies and greatly increased their development speed.
