Changelog
What changed in the Craftwork Design skill. Run the install command again to update.
- 2.0.0
Craftwork Design
- Renamed from craftwork-assets to craftwork-design. The wizard installs the new name and removes the old copy.
- Added a taste layer: a one-line design read, variance, motion and density dials, and a pre-flight check before the UI is called done.
- Added taste rules for typography, color, layout, states and copy, including bans on default Inter, purple glow, em dashes, dot separators and three equal cards.
- Added a resource order: inspiration first, then layouts, components, fonts and icons. Illustrations come last and only when a page truly needs one.
- Added a style family map that turns a direction (minimal, soft, glass, brutalist, playful, dashboard) into Craftwork icon, font, component and imagery choices.
- The skill now triggers while an agent builds any interface, not only when Craftwork is named.
- Your project's design system always wins over the taste rules.
- 1.4.0
Components
- Agents can find animated React + Tailwind components from open-source libraries and get their code adapted to the project's tokens.
- 1.3.0
Icons and inspiration
- Icon search with export to SVG, React, Vue or CSS.
- Website, section, interface and branding references.
- Exclusion lists so repeated searches return new results.
- 1.2.0
Fonts
- Font catalog with filters for classification, scripts, weight and variable axes, and ZIP downloads.
- 1.1.0
Discovery index
- The skill is listed in /.well-known/agent-skills so agents can find it without the wizard.
- 1.0.0
First release
- Search, browse and download Craftwork assets from Claude Code, Codex and Cursor through the MCP server.
- The wizard installs the skill and the server in one command.
